The transaction

A 67-unit, fully rent-stabilized building in the heart of Midwood, one of the largest stabilized dispositions on Avenue H in recent memory. The assignment required underwriting a regulated rent roll against a tightening 2019 financing market and matching it to a buyer pool equipped to operate long-hold stabilized assets. The result was an efficient, full-price close at $18,000,000, the larger half of two adjacent Avenue H sales completed within six months of one another.
