Zalman Yarmush
Born and raised in Crown Heights, Zalman has spent his whole career in investment property. First on the ownership side in property management and development, then seven years selling multifamily on Marcus & Millichap's New York Multifamily team, where he was part of more than $100M in transactions.
In 2024 he founded Yarmush Investment Group to do the same work his own way: a focused brokerage where owners deal directly with the broker, underwriting is honest, and the advice accounts for how rent regulation, zoning, and financing actually move value on a New York building.
