Born and raised in Crown Heights, Zalman spent seven years on Marcus & Millichap's New York Multifamily team, where he was part of more than $100M in transactions, before founding Yarmush Investment Group in 2024.

Since founding the firm he has closed 13 deals on his own, more than $26M across Brooklyn multifamily, mixed-use and development sites, with a working command of rent stabilization, zoning, and the realities of today's financing market.

Yossi works with owners and investors on Brooklyn property. Most brokers meet a building at the offering memo. Yossi started on the leasing side: nearly two years running leasing for a Connecticut portfolio at Mandy Management, filling units, handling tenants, learning what makes a property easy to run and what quietly drains it.

He knows what a month of vacancy costs and what a difficult unit does to a rent roll. He brings that to owners who want a straight read on what they have. Whether you're weighing a sale, repositioning, or just trying to understand where your asset sits, he'll tell you what he actually sees.

Yossi is based in Brooklyn and holds a BA from Talmudical Seminary Oholei Torah.
